Erecting 44 New Hydrants

TO BE
The present number of Hydrants having been found insufficient, it has been decided to erect 44 New Hydrants. The Connections for ten of these have been ordered from England, whilst the others which have been received are about to be erected.
Some Work
The Main from Six Hydrants is in place and it is the object of this Report and Estimate to provide for the construction of the remaining part – Provision for this Expenditure will be made in the Supplementary Estimates.
